Hanging at JJ's & Wayne's Pool

After a bit of motorboating with Tomais, JJ, Wayne, and Lazurus ("Call me Laz" his profile says), we ended up at JJ's & Wayne's pool in there new home. We were joined by Petr,
Heads from left to right, Tomais, Petr, JJ, me, Wayne & Lazurus
Lots of fun and laughter while discussing everything between heaven and hell (both non-existent), some friendly bickering, and informing Laz about the great benefits of having a Premium Account. Among other things, you get into crowded regions easier, which is worth a lot. Between motorboating and the pool, I managed to get into Ûber and buy the fatpack of Deadwool's new jacket. Beautiful textures and colors, as usual, Masa Plympton is a wonderful designer.

An Exceptionally Wonderful Man

Butch Diavolo has been a good friend of mine for many years now.

Butch is also a squatter on my homesim and is appointed as the Royal Gardener of the sim. (Although truthfully he hasn't been building or beautifying much (except his own plot) the last year, but he has been busy having a love life and taking care of himself.)

I know Butch as a kind, intelligent, warm hearted, level headed, everso faithful, amusing and highly sarcastic man, who always tries to help out if he is able. The only thing I have found lacking is his lovelife and his - sometimes - worrying choices where men and partners are concerned.

Yesterday I decided to adopt him as a son, and he agreed (Let's see how long that will last...) to defer to me before entering into any future partnerships. Any prospective partner will first be vetted by me - and my swarms of spies all over the Internet and in SecondLife - before being partnered. Linden Lab has been notified of this requirement and have agreed to assist in any way possible.

Fun thing though, through other familial ties of both my sons Butch and Pook, Butch will now be both Pook's brother and his grandmother. SecondLife families are a seriously messed up thing. However, as Pook's "pappa" I shall now be humming this tune to myself:

"For your brother is your grandma,
but your daddy don't know.
Woe, is me, shame and scandal in the family
Woe, is me, shame and scandal in the family"

(For clues to this musical reference please listen to Shawn Elliott in "Shame and Scandal in the Family")

How Uncouth

Well, I never...

My Tomais and I handed out these beautiful Flat Bock's at last years Second Pride. Everyone wanted one, two or three or even more.

Imagine my surprise when I was wandering around at the home-sim and found that my beloved brother Dej had misused that precious and beautiful objet d'art in this disrespectful way!

As if I could enjoy a flagpole in my manly love-hole. *sigh*

Temporarily Home

I've been away for two days and am going away for two days again tomorrow morning, but I have this night at home. I have missed my man so much, so although I have only slept about ten hours total the last two nights, I simply had to come inworld to see and talk with my lover.

Back Again

Blogging is really strange, at least for me. When I am in the habit I keep on getting inspired to do new posts and can easily write 3-5 times a day, but if I have not posted in a couple of days I just get stressed out and go completely blank.
This is a pointless post with a beautiful picture just to get warmed up. The picture was posted on Facebook, at this time I cannot remember by whom.

My visit to Poland went well and I returned home late Sunday evening. Krakow is a beautiful old city with beautiful men but with horrendous, really awful, food. The traditional Roman Catholic homophobia and antisemitism still flourishes, but - as I was informed by a resident - the citizens of Krakow "are a bit more polite about it".

I am happy to be back home again, sleeping in my own bed and with complete access to both my lives again. I have missed you all, but some of you more than the others.

At "Villa Kakelbont"

My stepson Guyke Lundquist is very unlike me in many ways. One of them is that he c-o-n-s-t-a-n-t-l-y remodels his home, while I do so very rarely. Guyke must have about 200 buildings in his Inventory of all conceivable styles imagined or encountered through all the history of mankind and the furnishing and accessories to match them all.

While I was away Guyke has completely remodelled his home, aided and abetted in his work by the brilliant and talented - yet surprisingly humble - builder/interior designer/window decorator Butch Diavolo.

This time Guyke has gone for a Scandinavian countryside/peasant villa, which is a vast contrast to the ultramodern design of the home he had before. He has named the new home "Villa Kakelbont", which is the Dutch version of the name of Pippi Longstocking's home "Villa Villekulla".
The guys have done some amazing work and created an extremely cozy home using a lot of the nooks and crannies of the wonderful building for reading, work, play etc.
At the back of the house there is a wonderful balcony and - as is the case everywhere in Second Norway - one is never far from the wonderful water.

Guyke Caresses His Mushroom

Guyke, Butch and I were sitting out on the roof terrace, my favorite place at my new home, chatting before it was time to go to bed. We were telling each other about our days. The two shopaholics had of course been out shopping  - again - before I logged on. I scolded them for going shopping without me and they bashed me for getting in-world too late, thus the respective guilt trips were evened out.
While we were sitting there Guyke suddenly informed us, "I am caressing my mushroom". I of course zoomed over to him at once, not really knowing what kinky stuff to expect. As it turned out Guyke was only laying on the divan and caressing his new tattoo. The tattoo is in the shape of a mushroom and protrudes above the waistband of his trousers.
Other than this dramatic moment we had a peaceful talk before I decided to log off and they went of to dance the night away.

Getting to Know Marcellias

I first heard from Marcellias through a note card he sent me, either just before Second Pride or one of the first days of it (Pride has messed with my perception of time).

It was one of the kindest and wonderfully caring note cards I have ever received. I will not tell you any more of its contents for fear you think I am bragging, but lets just leave that subject with the knowledge that Marcellias is a thoughtful, kind and caring man who knows how to express himself well.

Marcellias hung out with me and my friends a couple of times during Pride-week, dancing, chatting and enjoying himself like crazy just as the rest of us.

One of the very first things Marcellias will tell you about himself, is that we has a weakness for the color purple but that he is trying to get to grips with it. I told him, I don't mind at all if my friends have hang-ups as long as it does not involve hurting people or animals, so we should get along well.

The other night, when I had difficulty sleeping, I logged in-world to get some relaxation while I was waiting for my sleepiness to come back. Marcellias was in-world, so I asked him if it was a good time for me to come over to visit his home in SecondLife as I had promised to do. Marcellias told me he was working on his outfits but would be happy to have me over to show me his place.

The first thing I noticed when I got there was that it was raining, which is the first time I have encountered rain in SecondLife. Apparently you can get grass that does that, aren't our builders and designers creative?
Marcellias took me for what he called "the 5 second tour" of his place - which lasted for about 30 minutes. All I can say is that he has created a beautiful and peaceful haven for himself in a bubble up in the skies. The place is full of animals of every kind imaginable and the lots of sounds from them. Do not have your music on when you get there!
You will not at all believe Marcellias insistence on his purple-craze though, not until you see his bedroom. But even that is no way as bad as he himself thinks, it is true that it is purple but still cosy, warm and beautiful.
After the tour we sat down for a little chat out on the balcony of his cottage, until I felt that my need for sleep stared to overwhelm me and Marcellias was called away to assist in a fashion crisis concerning a tattoo.
It was great visiting with you Marcellias and I will be happy to show you my home, as soon as my brilliant and sublime, but temperamental, builder and interior decorator Butch Diavolo allows me to have people over.

Meeting Millimina

My beloved sister in SecondLife Millimina Salamander and I have not met much during the last few months. We have had different schedules and both of us have also had first life commitments to deal with. We have kept in touch by occasional e-mails but it is still not quite the same thing.

During the time we haven't met much, Millimina and the other Swedes living on Solace Island were, with short notice as always, evicted when the owner decided to shut down that sim. Three of the refugees from Solace Island,  Millimina and two of my other Swedish friends Apmel Goosson and Kandinsky Beaumont, in that situation decided to get their own homestead - Mount Whitney - and share it between themselves.

Yesterday I got a surprising Instant Message from Milli, who was in-world to pay her share of the monthly tier before some "very important" football match (that's soccer for you Americans) started on television. She asked if she could come by to talk a little and see my new home. I of course gladly welcomed this possibility to meet her again, even if it was only a brief meeting.

As it always is with old close friends we quickly caught up with what had been going on with each others life's and I showed her my new chateau. She of course loved it thoroughly, she also completely supported my decision to make the change and was not at all surprised that I had finally reached the point of no return. It felt good to have her support in this matter as some of my friends have been worrying about my somewhat "dramatic" and "surprising" decision to tear down the old home I had had together with Ars and put up this new building in it's place.
After a tour of my new home we teleported over to her new place so that I could take a look at it. It was quite a change from the place Millimina had previously owned at Solace Island but I fell in love with it. You can follow what she is made of the new place on her blog "Magasin Millimina".
As opposed to many "hausfraus" or even silly gay men in SecondLife (read as me, myself and I) she has understood that one does not need a house with a bathroom, kitchen bedrooms etc. in SecondLife. You need a place you love that is designed after your own liking which you can use as a starting and ending point, entertain friends at and rez stuff in. She hired a wonderful and talented landscaper Kaja Lurra to work with her on her vision of a place based on the word "abandoned". It has become a wonderful little place in a run-down and deserted sort of way,
However, I am maintaining that Millimina has built a bedroom and all the other rooms in some of the many containers that are standing in her abandoned harbour, these are of course also where she has stored her vast collection of sex-gens. I don't care if she denies it, because thats my story and I am sticking to it!

Our meeting ended with reciprocal assurances that we must meet more often in the future and that we would invite the other to a housewarming part as soon as possible before Millimina had to log off to see that oh so important football match on television. She is a complete and utter sports freak!
